Hello Families and Staff,

We are excited for Spring Photo Day this year. After conversations with school leadership, we will be returning to traditional class photos for the first time in several years.

Many families have shared that they miss the classic class photo keepsake, and we are happy to bring that tradition back.

Below is a quick overview of how photos will work this year.

Every Student Will Be in the Class Photo

All students will be photographed with their class using a traditional class photo setup.

• Every student will be included in their class photo automatically
• No registration is required for class photos

 Individual Spring Portraits

We will also be offering individual spring portraits, but the process is different depending on grade level.

Grades K–3 (Elementary)
All students in Kindergarten through 3rd grade will automatically have an individual spring portrait taken.

• No registration is required
• Individual portraits will be photographed during the school day

 
Grades 4–8 (Middle School)
Individual portraits for middle school students are optional.

If you would like your student to have an individual spring portrait taken, you must register in advance using Code: KAMSPRING2526

Middle school goes by incredibly fast, and for many families these end up being the last relaxed school portraits before high school begins.

Grades 9–12 (High School)
Individual portraits for high school students are also optional.

If your student would like an individual portrait to mark this high school milestone, please register in advance using Code: KAMSPRING2526

Many families enjoy keeping a portrait from each year leading up to senior year.

Grades 4-12: Important Registration Deadline

For students in grades 4–12, registration must be completed no later than Tuesday, March 17.

• Students must be registered in advance to receive an individual portrait
• Students who are not registered will still be included in the class photo
• Individual portraits cannot be added after the registration deadline because our photo schedule is built around the registration list

Photo Day will take place Wednesday, March 18.

Ordering Photos

About 1 to 2 weeks after Photo Day, families will receive a notification when photos are ready to view online.

You will be able to:

• View your photos before purchasing
• Choose from photo packages and gift items
• Select direct-to-home shipping or free delivery to the school

There is no prepay required.
